"We first met Angela Wright in 2014 when I needed help with claiming ESA and subsequently transferring from DLA to PIP. Her knowledge of the benefits system is amazing and she has a way of explaining it to you without confusing you with big legal words. She helped us go through a tribunal when the DWP refused my PIP and her advice and help in that tribunal setting was first class and yes we did get the DWP's decision overturned. Recently, we needed help again, this time with Universal Credit and we rang Angela straightaway (I should point out my brother is a solicitor but Angela is still my first choice). Once again this lovely lady came up trumps for us and we didn't even get to go to Tribunal. We have nothing but praise for Angela. She has a friendly, open manner with people and you can tell she cares about the outcome. I always recommend her to friends who need help in the benefit circus."
